I loved that the hotel was just a quick walk away from the Chico Children's Museum and only about 1.5 kilometers from the beautiful Bidwell Park, making it easy to explore the city's landmarks .

The hotel was a good value for the price we paid.
Someone banged on the door and window three times throughout the night. 2 cars had honks going off too. It was next to a busy street.

Terrible. Up all night with noise from neighbors whom were eventually evicted by police at 515am after calling the front desk three times. I asked for a refund and manager was supposed to get back to me...crickets.

I had a nice, clean room on the second floor and felt safe due to the good outdoor lighting. The bed was comfortable, the maids were efficient, and the desk staff friendly and courteous. I will stay here again next time I am in Chico!
It can get a little noisy after dark on weekends due to the young crowd hitting the local bars nearby, but it really didn't bother me as I sleep soundly and tuned out the noise enough to sleep soundly.

I liked the staff. Tiffany was friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff greeted us with a smile and freshly cleaned towels.
Everything was old accept the microwave and fridge. The bathroom had broken tile, old paint, but a new shower curtain! We had a downstairs room and we heard EVERYTHING that was going on upstairs into the wee hours of the morning. If the rate was around $50, it would have been more livable... However, we paid $89.

Courteous service too. The rooms with the microwave, a jacuzzi. A wide array of goodies for breakfast. Location just next door to 1 outlet and the Senator theater.

We have stayed at several hotels in chico andhave never felt unsafe. there were several rooms in the corner of the hotel with drig traficing going on. these individuals were up all night with people going in and out arguing laughing. the management never responded. we were visting ourdaughterwhoattenscollege there and she was scared when shecame to visit.when I went to get breakfast it hadclearly been cleaned out do to the drug addicts. there was a manwhocame in whilei was there clearly under the influence and asked about getting the same room at a good weekly rate> the woman gave him a rate of 65 a night whchwas cheaper than what we paid> I couldn't believe they would continue to have this individual stay. clearly this hotel hasdecided to make its money catering to these individuals

Room was clean Check in staff was polite
Party outside our room all night and no one helped to asked them to be quiet after I called the desk. Breakfast was a joke. The staff didn't even acknowledge us when we went in to return the keys and grab a cup of coffee. A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!!

Location is great for walking around town.
The facility was just old. TV is old, bed is old, carpet is old. Im not complaining. It was just not a place you go to enjoy the extras of the hotel.

The flower arrangements in the lobby were charming and bright. I also appreciated that the hotel had grab bars in the bathrooms.
Improved soundproofing would enhance the experience.

Great location and friendly staff!
The friendly service from the staff, and the location was perfect for exploring downtown Chico. The bathroom could use some better maintenance as it had a slight odor. It was a decent experience for the price.
